Interests/Hobbies: Barbershop Chorus & Quartet; Church Choir; Golf
Favorite type of music: Sacred choral
Favorite vacation spot: Savannah GA, with the best, non-commercial beach (Tybee Island) on the East Coast!
Other comments: In addition to using my writing and organizing skills to help people write & publish their life stories, I am an avid choral singer with a passion for sacred music, but with increasing interest and accomplishments in a cappella Barbershop-style singing, especially in quartets, and with an excited eye focused on the Barbershop International Convention coming to Pittsburgh's Consol Energy Center, June 28-Jul 5, 2015. Many of the Convention events are open to the public (circle the dates on your 2015 calendar!), and we are making a big push to reach and attract area youth, which benefits all arts organizations. However, I will always love the PCC and still consider it my #1 singing organization!

Interests/Hobbies:  Music (listening, singing, playing guitar), movies, reading, drawing and painting, woodworking and carving, gardening, and playing with my grandson, not necessarily in that order.
Favorite type of music: Traditional and contemporary folk, especially Celtic (Irish, Scottish, Welsh, Breton, Gallician, Nova Scotian).
Favorite vacation spot:  Walt Disney World, or wherever a cruise ship will take me.
Other comments:  The PCC has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life.  Prior to joining, my "choral" involvement had been with church choirs (mostly folk groups).  I am eternally grateful to Clark Bedford for inviting me to join the PCC, to Katie Mueller and Susan Medley for helping me to grow as a singer, and to the PCC family for accepting me as a friend.
